As a coach, I find psychometric assessments to be an invaluable tool for several reasons:

FinxS® Open 360 is a powerful leadership development tool. It is a multi-rater tool that solicits feedback from stakeholders such as managers, peers and direct reports. FinxS® Open 360 is designed to provide very clear and actionable feedback to the participants to improve their competences and behaviors. This assessment is customizable.
