Whether you're pursuing your first ICF credential, renewing, or stepping up to the next level, mentor coaching is a pivotal part of your professional journey. At FWD Coaching & Consulting, we walk alongside coaches like you—helping you grow your skills, deepen your presence, and expand your impact so you can deliver truly transformative coaching experiences.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) requires a minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching over 3+ months with an eligible Mentor Coach. We're here to make that journey enriching and empowering.

In our one-on-one sessions, we focus entirely on you—your coaching strengths, growth edges, and unique style. You'll receive customized feedback on your coaching recordings and leave each session with clear insights and next steps.

  • 2 detailed performance evaluations on recorded coaching sessions

Group Mentor Coaching

Flexible Drop-In Group Sessions + Individual Support


7 Group Sessions + 3 One-on-One Sessions
Investment: $1,100

Prefer to grow in community? Group mentor coaching offers a rich, collaborative environment where you can learn from other coaches with diverse backgrounds, niches, and experiences.

Includes:

  • 7 dynamic group sessions (drop in as your schedule allows)

  • 3 private one-on-one sessions, including 2 performance evaluations on recorded sessions

  • Live coaching demos, peer feedback, and real-time discussions on ICF Core Competencies and PCC markers

  • Shared accountability and support as you move toward your credentialing goals

We believe in the power of community to amplify learning. In group mentor coaching, you’ll gain insights from not only us, but also from your fellow coaches—broadening your perspective and sharpening your skills.

Here’s a look at the 2025 weekly group mentor coaching schedule, showing sessions every Monday at 10:00 AM and Thursday at 3:00 PM from August thru December 2025. Each session rotates through the ICF competencies, allowing participants to drop in and complete all competencies over time.
